This notice describes what we collect when you send an inquiry, why we keep it, and how to reach us about it.

This privacy notice is published by Nebula Pilot Research Co., Ltd. in line with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA, 個人資料保護法). It applies only to this website, nebulapilot.digital.

What we collect and why

We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us through the inquiry form on this site, or when you email us directly.

  • Contact details you enter — your name, email address, and an optional phone number — so we can identify your inquiry and reply to it. The legal basis is the performance of a request you initiated (PDPA Art. 19, where collection is necessary for the performance of a contract or a pre-contractual request you have made).
  • The topic and message you write — so we can understand and answer your editorial or research question about how a deployed model is drifting.
  • Your consent choice — whether you accepted or rejected the storage notice on this site, stored locally in your own browser under the key npr_consent_v1. We keep this choice only on your device.

We do not collect browsing behaviour, page-view history, referrer data, device fingerprints, or precise location. There is no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site.

How your inquiry is handled

Inquiries are submitted by your browser to a form handler on this same domain (nebulapilot.digital) and used only to read and respond to your message. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Where a reply requires it, we may use a standard email service to send our response back to the address you gave us.

Retention

We keep inquiry messages and the contact details attached to them for as long as is needed to answer your question and to keep a reasonable record of that reply, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your inquiry earlier, we will do so without undue delay.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you sent us. You may also withdraw any consent you gave and ask us to stop processing your inquiry. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@nebulapilot.digital from the email address you used, and tell us what you would like us to do.

Security

Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS to the same-domain handler. We do not store payment data, because nothing is sold on this site and we never ask for it.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised reading date. Material changes that affect how your data is handled will be reflected here before they take effect.
